  The agency did not honor its own promise. Had auto/home insurance with them for 3 years, and always paid in full at the beginning of coverage period. For the coverage period ended in early Dec 2017, first was told that a premium refund would be issued when my roof was replaced, then was told that the refund would be reflected on next period's renewal unless I cancel the policy. Canceled the policy and patiently waited the refund for weeks. When I followed up, first stated that there was no refund. After I pointed out the communication that I had before, then stated that there was a miscommunication and Allstate rejected the refund request. I guess either Allstate or the Joshua Medlin agency wants to honor the refund promise to a former customer. By the way, they did apologize but no $$$.
